1. When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. As soon as your payment is processed, your order will be prepared for shipment and dispatched on the same day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order gets shipped.

2. Is the shipping packaging discreet?

Yes, all our shipments are packaged discreetly, without any visible branding or indication of the contents inside.

3. What should I do if the tracking shows that my package has been delivered, but I haven’t received it?

After your package is shipped, it’s the shipping carrier’s responsibility to deliver it to your doorstep. However, if the tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received it, you can inquire with your mail carrier. They may have left it nearby. If you would like us to reship it, we require a payment of half the total order amount for reshipment.

4. How can I track my package once it’s been shipped?

To track your package, visit the mail carrier website and enter your tracking number which can be found at the bottom of your shipping label. Once entered, you’ll receive the current status and location of your package.
